Shipping Policy

At MB Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the UAE only.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after cut-off times or on non-working days (Friday/Saturday or public holidays) will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above AED 250.

  • Orders below AED 250 will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Partner

Orders are fulfilled and delivered via Aramex, our trusted logistics partner.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Ensure your address and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

  • MB Perfumes is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, customs inspections, or courier delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MB Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • It is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item is not a promotional/free gift item (free gifts must be returned if the associated purchase is refunded).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Perfumes or cosmetics that have been opened or used.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion (unless the entire bundle is returned).

  • Items not in their original, sellable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected]with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and coordinate pickup (where applicable).

  3. Items must be returned to the address provided within the return window.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
